Welcome to Cara Jules. By placing an order in our online shop, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries, and services processed through the Cara Jules online shop.

The offer is directed exclusively at adults residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

2. Ordering in the Cara Jules Online Shop

You can easily select and order jewelry and accessories online via our shop.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided in accordance with our shipping terms.

3. Customer Account

You can create a personal customer account to process future orders more quickly and to view the status of your orders at any time.

For registration, we require your name, email address, address, and other information necessary for order processing. Registration is free of charge.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as Cara Jules confirms your order by email.

Should an item be unavailable, contrary to expectations, we will inform you as soon as possible. Payments already made will naturally be refunded in full.

5. Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory VAT.

The prices at the time of the order apply. Price changes and errors are reserved.

6. Vouchers and Discount Codes

As a rule, only one voucher code or discount code can be redeemed per order.

Combining multiple promotions is excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions and, where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply to our products.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by accidents, or unauthorized repairs are excluded from the warranty.

8. Repairs

Should a repair be necessary, we will first check whether it is covered under warranty.

For repairs outside of the warranty, we will provide you with a cost estimate upon request. The repair will only be carried out after your approval.

10. Credit Check

11. Delivery Times

The regular delivery time is generally two to five working days after receipt of payment or order confirmation.

Should the delivery be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

12. Shipping

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we deliver reliably using a shipping service provider of our choice.

Shipping is free from a certain order value. The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

After dispatch, you will receive tracking information via email.

13. Changing an Order

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

14. Complaints

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Obvious defects or transport damage should be reported to us within five days if possible, so that we can find a quick solution together.

15. Return Policy

You can return unworn and undamaged items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Requirements for a return:

• Item is in its original condition
• Original packaging is present
• Certificates and accessories are completely included
• Return is made within the return period

Excluded from returns are:

• personalized products
• engraved pieces of jewelry
• custom-made products
• piercings and opened earrings for hygienic reasons

After successful inspection, we will refund the purchase price using the originally selected payment method.
